Why does the newly created version (the 1st one) of my demo source have a hierarchy different from the HEAD version’s although nothing is changed to the content?

Great question. Your hierarchy_root_url and hierarchy_meaning looks correct in both the HEAD and in the source version, and the concepts are both traversing down the hierarchy correctly, so the hierarchy should be appearing the same in both HEAD and in the version.
@sny Is this potentially an indexing problem on the source version? Perhaps we could re-index it to see if it fixes anything?
Rebuilding the index might be a solution.
Yes, I’ve also roughly checked the export json obtained by GET operation and found nothing strange.
Reindexing wont help (even though I did it 
)
I think this is a genuine bug in the UI. I would recommend to create a ticket and will take this up.
