Once you enable this, you should be able to do a Switch Server in the TermBrowser UI and find the appropriate FHIR server in the list (see screenshots below)
Server Switch is found in the top-right of the UI for a user that is enabled to view it.
Non-admin user accounts can get their FHIR Connector enabled on their user profile:
